I have been painting miniature since year 2000 and have received many awards from painting contests, such as: Genghis Con, Tacticon, Ben Con, Gen Con, ReaperCon and Golden Demon, the most prestigious miniature painting contest in the US.

My work varies from fantasy, science fiction to historical genre; from 25mm to 72mm scale. I am also a freelance painter for Reaper Miniatures, Crocodile Games, Freebooter Miniatures, Aberrant Games, Privateer Press (for their magazine) and i-Kore.

COMMISSION

I do take commission works occassionaly. Please note that my minimum commission rate is $300 for a 25mm on foot figure.

Commission rate includes cleaning, assembly, priming, painting and protection coating. If you send me miniatures that you already put together and primed - it will not affect the pricing because most likely I will redo the miniature preparation.

Commission rate excludes cost of figure and shipping & handling.

Payment method: Paypal, Money order and Cashier Check. 50% deposit is required before start of work. The remaining balance, plus shipping and other additional cost will be invoiced upon completion.
Figure will be shipped after all payments have been made.

Painting quality. I don't do 'leveling' on painting quality. All commission work gets the showcase quality as you see on my website. Things that affect the pricing are : size, level of detail, technique complexity (eg: NMM, freehand drawing, etc), conversion, and basing.

Painting armies. I do get a lot of questions if I'm accepting army size commission. The answer is no. FellShadow Studio is not a multi-painter studio. I'm the sole painter of the studio - so I won't be able to fulfill that request with just me alone. Soon we will be offering painted army for sale. It's still under development. PAINTING ACTIVITIES

If you wish to see my work in person, don't hesitate to stop by at HobbyTown USA Littleton. My friends and I run monthly painting session at both Attactix (every 2nd Saturday of the month) and HobbyTown USA Littleton (every 3rd Saturday of the month).
